INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A man with a forehead described as “resembling a caveman” took whiskey and cash from a far south side liquor store, according to an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department report.
Around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, the man pulled into the parking lot of Victory Liquors, 8955 Bluff Road, the store clerk said. At the time, the clerk was in the parking lot locking the ice freezer. The man rolled down his window to ask the clerk if the store was still open, which it was.
The clerk went into the store and got behind the counter, when the man asked about a bottle of Crown Royal. When the clerk gave the man the bottle, he put a bag on the counter and pulled out a gun, telling the clerk to empty the cash in the drawer into the bag. He also asked the clerk for the money in the clerk’s wallet.
The man was driving a black SUV that is either a GMC Suburban or Chevrolet Tahoe, according to the report. He was described as a black man between 30 and 35 years old, chubby build, between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-7 with a short fade haircut and an “abnormally large forehead resembling a caveman.”
No one was injured in the incident. No arrests have been made.
