INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – IMPD has ruled the two deaths that resulted from a fire in Fountain Square on Tuesday are homicides.
The fire has officially been ruled arson, and the subsequent deaths of 63-year-old Anna Richards and her quadriplegic son, Jerry Richards, 42, have been ruled homicides. Detectives are pursuing all possible leads at this time.
