INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A 20-year-old man was arrested after admitting to having a sex problem and pleasuring himself in a Walmart women’s restroom, according to an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department report.
Brandon Jelks, of Indianapolis, was arrested on preliminary charges of criminal trespass and public indecency, after an employee discovered him in the women’s restroom, according to the report. The incident happened at a Walmart at 4545 Lafayette Road.
Employees escorted Jelks to the security office, where he said he had a sex problem and went into the women’s restroom to look at women while he masturbated. He was also using his phone to look at pornography, according to the report.
Jelks emptied his pockets, revealing two boxes of condoms. One of the boxes had two missing and Jelks said he had used them while alone in the bathroom. Due to the low dollar amount of the condoms, Jelks wasn’t charged with theft.
